Booking

How far in advance should I book Kids Monsters?

We recommend booking 3–6 months in advance for weddings and major events, especially during peak season (November–April). For corporate events and smaller gatherings, 4–8 weeks is usually sufficient. That said, we sometimes have last-minute availability — contact us to check your date.

How do I reserve my date?

Fill in the booking form on our Contact page with your event date, type, venue and estimated guest count. We’ll respond within 24 hours with availability confirmation and a custom quote. A deposit is required to hold your date.

Do you require a deposit to hold a date?

Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your booking and hold the date. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be outlined in your booking agreement. We accept USD and MXN via bank transfer.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is outlined in the booking contract. In general: cancellations 90+ days before the event receive a partial deposit refund; cancellations within 90 days may forfeit the deposit. We understand that circumstances change and always work with clients on a case-by-case basis.

Performance

Do you perform in both English and Spanish?

Yes — Kids Monsters is a fully bilingual band. We build completely custom setlists in both languages to match your guests, venue style and event energy. No other band in Los Cabos does this with the same fluency and versatility.

What genres do you perform?

Kids Monsters performs across a wide range of genres: pop, rock, R&B, Latin (cumbia, salsa, bachata), jazz, reggaetón, acoustic and crowd-favorite classics — in both English and Spanish. We can tailor the genre mix to suit your guests and event style perfectly.

Can we request specific songs?

Absolutely. We accommodate song requests as part of our planning process. Share your must-play and do-not-play lists and we’ll build the setlist around them. For very specific or rare song requests, we need advance notice to ensure we can deliver it perfectly.

What performance formats do you offer?

We offer three core formats: (1) Acoustic Duo/Trio — perfect for ceremonies, cocktail hours, and intimate dinners; (2) Full Five-Piece Band — the complete Kids Monsters experience for receptions, galas and festivals; (3) Custom Multi-Phase — a combination of formats for events with multiple phases, such as a ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.

How long do you typically perform?

Performance duration is fully customizable. A standard full-band set runs 3–4 hours with short breaks. Acoustic ceremony and cocktail sets typically run 1–2 hours. Multi-phase events spanning ceremony through reception can run 5–7 hours. We work around your event timeline completely.

Travel & Logistics

Can Kids Monsters travel outside of Cabo San Lucas?

Absolutely. While we are based in Cabo San Lucas, we perform throughout Baja California Sur, across Mexico, and are available for destination events internationally. Travel logistics and accommodation are factored into custom quotes for out-of-area events.

What are your stage and technical requirements?

Kids Monsters travels with professional-grade equipment for most events. For large productions, a PA system, stage monitors and adequate power supply are required. Full technical rider is available on request via our EPK page or by contacting us directly.

Do you work with wedding and event planners?

Yes — and we do it all the time. Kids Monsters is a preferred vendor and regular recommendation from many of the top event planners in Los Cabos. We coordinate directly with your planner on timing, setlist pacing and event flow to make their job easier and your event seamless.

Charity & Special Events

Do you perform at charity events and galas?

Yes — we are proud supporters of the Los Cabos community and regularly perform at charity galas, fundraisers and benefit events. We offer special charity rates for qualifying organizations. Contact us with your cause and event details to discuss.

Can you perform at a quinceañera?

Absolutely — quinceañeras are one of our favorite events. We can build a setlist that perfectly honors the tradition while keeping guests of all ages on the dance floor all night. From the formal ceremony moments to the party's peak energy, we cover it all.
